Today, we’ll review the Toyota Camry Hybrid, which offers a 2.5 L engine, an electric motor, and an output of 176 hp (163 lb ft) plus 208 hp (149 lb ft) and has the CVT transmission. Check out the following for more information about the Camry Hybrid. The latest offer comes with great improvements for a satisfying ride.

Green guide 8/10

If you’re looking to get more mileage from a full tank, you might really want to get the help you will need. This new car’s mileage will be according to your driving efficiency. It can also reset when you stop; however, the system might not be that impressive when it comes to how it comes up with the score. It also means that it might be difficult to improve to that score.

Speaking of green driving, there are other hybrids making it easier for them to work efficiently especially for competitive drivers. There are also hybrid cars that can already give you insights from visualization about how green you are driving, all in an easy to understand way that can help the driver improve. This Camry does not offer that feature, however.

Driving dynamics 8/10

The improvements that the maker has made into this hybrid car have made it a hybrid version.  It also has a great chassis, making the car more composed than it is in any situation and conditions, such as city driving, highway driving and curvy road driving.

This Toyota Camry Hybrid is quiet, comfortable and smooth. It has a system, which lets users change between gas power and battery power with ease.  For the downside in driving dynamics, some users even reported that its brakes could feel unnatural, which might be an issue for driving smoothly.

Power 8/10

Powered by a 2.5L 4-cylinder engine, the Toyota Camry can operate with up to 176 horsepower and torque of up to 163 lb ft.  It also has an internal combustion engine improved by its electric motor, adding up to 118 horsepower and up to 149 lb ft. However, the net power output of the hybrid system is up to 208 horsepower.  The front wheels are going to receive the power through a CVT. But then, it might not be thrilling to drive at all.

Running in a regular mode, you can drive up to the top highway speeds, and you can pass decently. On the other hand, you should be patient in the Eco mode, but which can supply you with a better fuel economy.

Details 7/10

The Camry might not be the best even if it is a great car versus the Accord and Sonata, and that’s because of lack of attention to detail. For example are the front collision sensors. They can keep beeping even if the car is stopped entirely and that there is no risk for crash anymore.

Final Thoughts

The Toyota Camry Hybrid is one of the best cars 2018, and it is a favorite member of many people in the Camry series.  Users looking to own a four cylinder version might want to get the hybrid with the fuel economy, green guide and driving dynamics. It has great efficiency while doing everything that the traditional Camry does, but just better.
