LG Tone Platinum SE Review

The LG Tone Platinum SE is today’s spotlight in this review. It is one of the latest offerings from LG Tone. The wireless earbuds are said to have detailed and clear treble, sleek design and stable musical bass. This LG Tone Platinum SE is an impressive addition to the LG Tone family for its top performance features and functions.

Platinum SE Battery Life 9/10

It is one of the most impressive aspects of the Platinum SE. While it does not have that USB-C for quick charging, it offers a long battery life that can reach up to 13 hours.   It is higher than those on the market now are, so you don’t have to charge it for days.

LG Tone Platinum SE Performance 8/10

The Platinum SE offers a great performance, including a robust baas and crisp treble. Crisp sound is what you will get for choosing the earbuds. It also has those little buds, which can perform a great job when it comes to offering stable and firm sub bass system that will dig deeper into the lower register, but it won’t be obstructing with the treble. As a result, the sound comes out crisp and precise.

When it comes to the middle range, you will notice how detailed and clean it is.   You will find yourself wanting more of the quality sound you will get for using the Platinum SE.   Thanks to its superb technology for bringing more details to the sound that also has that clarity.

Platinum SE Features 9/10

LG has used a hybrid driver configuration for the buds with balanced armature driver, which are all towards upper register accuracy and clarity. You can also easily get the attention of Google Assistant and Google Translate for that matter.

LG Tone Platinum SE Packaging and Design 9/10

The LG Tone Platinum SE is a class of its own when it comes to halo design. It does a great job in the design department. For example, it has that rubberized strip at its back, which makes it a bit malleable. It also has textured silver strips at front, offering stick for your grip. The design is also sleek and minimal, which makes it look clean.

The problem is on the spidery wires that don’t look as good.   Also, the earbuds do not come with an IPX rating, so they might not be good to use for a sweaty exercise session. You might not also be able to use them for an autumn outdoor walk.

More on its design, the LG Tone Platinum SE boasts a button to control everything.   There is a power switch that can set it to auto pair in the right prong interior. You can also find the stand-alone Google Assistant Key and the toggle key to skip a song. On the other hand, you can find the volume toggle key as well as the call/play/pause.
